Saya merupakan dosen di Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Saya menyelesaikan PhD saya di Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest. Minat riset saya pada psikometri, test-taking experience, inteligensi dan kepribadian. Saat ini saya sedang mengembangkan Computerized Adaptive Test (CAT), sebuah tes berbasis Item Response Theory yang mampu memilih butir sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta tes. Secara khusus, saya tertarik pada dampak psikometris dan psikologis dari CAT. Saya menyelesaikan studi Sarjana dan Magister di Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Indonesia, di mana saya mengembangkan tes kepribadian versi pendek untuk orang Indonesia. Saya berencana menggunakan website ini untuk memposting pengalaman saya sebagai akademisi, serta mencatat proyek dan hasil karya saya.
